As families across Scotland enjoy the summer getaway season, a group of Perthshire school pupils are soaring to new heights—quite literally.

Thanks to the support of our partners and the dedication of a local schools programme, these students haven’t just flown in a plane—they’ve built one. With guidance from skilled mentors and the vision of making aerospace accessible and inspiring, they’ve assembled a fully operational light aircraft.
